In our kitchen the dough is rolled out early every morning. Fettuccine, ravioli, tortellini — all by hand, the same day, with the same care.
Our pizzas bake in minutes in a stone oven at high heat; our lasagna is built layer by layer and rests in the oven. We bring the simplicity of Italy together with the palate of Istanbul.
